Todd Schering

Todd Schering is a seasoned HR Systems Engineer at Two Sigma with a strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) and human resources information systems (HRIS). Prior to Two Sigma, Todd served as Director of Workday Operations at Horizon Media, leading global HR operations and system implementations. Experience includes significant roles at KSI, Sony Electronics, Aon Hewitt, and Deloitte, where Todd successfully managed large-scale projects, system integrations, and process improvements across various HR functions. Todd holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Information Systems from the University at Albany and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Marketing from Alfred University.
