Sandy Lu is a seasoned professional in the field of international relations and China studies, currently serving as the Lead Subject Matter Expert at Two Six Technologies since May 2022, with previous roles as Senior and Subject Matter Expert at the same organization. Sandy also contributes as a Subject Matter Expert at Thresher and has extensive experience as the Director of Analysis and Party Watch Initiative Analyst at the Center for Advanced China Research from October 2017 to July 2020. Earlier experience includes a research internship at The Stimson Center in 2017. Sandy holds a Master’s Degree in China Studies and International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), as well as Bachelor’s Degrees in International Relations and Affairs from National Taiwan University and in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Waseda University.
