Paul Shanfeld has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Paul started their career as a Sales Engineer at Radio Frequency Systems, where they provided technical support for the company's line of antennas and RF modules. Paul then worked as a Product Manager at Allen Telecom, where they were responsible for the Site Management Products Division. Paul later joined Spectrian as a Sales Manager, where they focused on sales and business development activities for wireless OEMs and the medical sector.
In 1996, Paul joined Allgon Telecom as Vice President of Business Development, representing the company at standards boards and industry events. Paul also identified potential acquisitions, partnerships, and customers for the North American market. After their time at Allgon, Paul founded Radical Horizon, a start-up developing software-defined radios, and worked with wireless carriers and OEMs to establish interest in the product.
Paul's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Car54 Wireless, a company that provided a complete solution for locating and communicating with individuals using mobile devices inside buildings. Paul then joined Gurus and Wizards Inc., where they taught himself web development skills and developed websites using HTML, PHP, MySQL, CSS, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
Paul transitioned back into the corporate world as an Executive Recruiter at Advanced Technology Search, where they matched prospective candidates with job openings and initiated contact with clients. Paul then joined Tech Career Search as Vice President of Recruitment, specializing in power electronics, antennas, passive components, amplifiers, and emerging technologies.
Most recently, Paul served as the Director of Product Management at Two Technologies, Inc., where they conceived and executed groundbreaking new products, such as the HMIQ, an Android-based Human Machine Interface. Paul's work experience combines technical expertise, sales and marketing skills, and a strong entrepreneurial background.
Paul Shanfeld attended Northeastern University from 1980 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Paul then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at Rider University from 1987 to 1991, specializing in the field of MBA.
