Sofie Strunch

Sofie Strunch currently serves as General Counsel at twoday, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes working as a legal trainee at Mortang Advokater from 2011 to December 2016 and as a legal advisor at Copenhagen Business School from June 2017 to April 2021. Sofie also held the role of Global Legal Counsel at SameSystem - Retail Workforce Solutions from April 2021 to September 2022 and was an Advokatfuldmægtig at Elmann from June 2022 to August 2023. Additional experience includes teaching and mentoring English and French at MentorDanmark and fundraising for the Danish Cancer Society. Sofie holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution (2011-2013), with a brief period of study at the University of Kent in 2014. Educational background also includes attendance at Øregård Gymnasium and Skovshoved skole.
