David Caplan

David Caplan is a technology executive and entrepreneur who has co-founded multiple startups and led software and technical teams across web and biotech platforms. They were Co-Founder and CTO of SolveBio (2013–2022) and Co-Founder of TwitterAudit (2012–2022), and they served as Lead Web Developer at 5by (2012–2013). They were VP, SaaS Solutions at QuartzBio (2022–2025) and are the CTO of Twos (2025–Present), with Twos described as spreading happiness through conversation.
