Erich Baker

Erich Baker is an experienced marketing and client services professional with a strong background in developing and managing client relationships across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Client Experience Manager at TwoTone Creative since March 2024, Erich previously held multiple leadership roles at Two Rivers Marketing from November 2013 to March 2024, including Executive Director of Client Services, focusing on strategic planning and project execution. Erich also has a solid foundation in finance and marketing management, demonstrated through positions at JKB Restaurants, Marsh, and The Integer Group, where responsibilities included financial analysis, marketing strategy development, and client acquisition processes. Erich holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Iowa State University, complemented by earlier studies at Truman State University.
