Joerg Salmini

Joerg Salmini has extensive work experience in treasury and risk management roles. Joerg began their career at UBS, where they worked as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in the Trading and Sales, Risk Management Services division. Joerg later joined Andre & Cie S.A. as an Assistant Group Treasurer before moving on to The Adecco Group, where they served as Group Treasurer. In this role, they were responsible for the treasury function and team, as well as financial risk management. Salmini also served as the Head of the Adecco Pension Fund investment committee and a Member of the Pension Fund Board. Joerg then went on to work at LafargeHolcim as the Interim Head of Treasury Back Office. Most recently, they joined TX Group AG as the Head of Treasury. Throughout their career, Salmini has demonstrated expertise in funding transactions, interest rate and FX hedging, liquidity management, and risk policy development.

Joerg Salmini has a diverse education history. Joerg obtained their Master of Advanced Studies ETH in Management, Technology and Economics from ETH Zürich from 1992 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics from ETH Zürich, spanning from 1984 to 1989. In 2005 to 2007, Joerg pursued Executive Education at IMD. Additionally, they attended a Social Media Immersion course as an Executive course at Hyper Island. In 2014, they had a brief educational stint at INSEAD, details of which are unspecified.
