Previously, Heather held various roles, including Senior UX Design Lead at Lextech Global Services and UX Design Lead at Redbox Automated Retail, LLC, where they managed teams and influenced product direction. With a background in graphic design and extensive experience in UX/UI design, Heather has developed impactful digital solutions across multiple platforms. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology at Oregon State University, having previously earned an Associate of Arts in Business and Graphic Design from Rock Valley College.
