Osha Groetz has held positions at four different companies. In 2021, they began working as an Associate Software Engineer at TXI. In 2022, they started working as an Application Development Faculty Coach at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. From 2014 to 2021, they were a Partner & Chief Operating Officer at Green Elephant Juicery. From 2010 to 2014, they were an Executive Administrator & Personal Assistant at Gerard Partners, LLC.

Osha Groetz attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2013, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design. In 2020, they attended the Flatiron School for Computer Software Engineering. Additionally, in October 2020, they obtained a certification in React: Using TypeScript from LinkedIn.
