Pete Brooks

Pete Brooks has worked in the software engineering field since 2015, when they joined Table XI Partners LLC as a Software Engineer. Prior to that, they were a student at Dev Bootcamp from 2014. From 2012 to 2014, they were an Editorial Assistant in the Books Division at the University of Chicago Press. In this role, they worked under two editors and was responsible for handling submissions, copyediting and indexing manuscripts, and corresponding with authors and manuscript readers. Theirexperience at the Press helped him learn a lot about the publishing process and various topics from the books they worked on.

Pete Brooks attended the University of Chicago from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy (Intensive Track).
