At Tximist Foundation, we are committed to advancing equal opportunities through sport, culture, and social action, with a special focus on empowering women and girls. We believe in the transformative power of football and community to promote inclusion, respect, and leadership for all. 

Our vision is a fairer world where talent and potential are not limited by gender or background. We strive to break down barriers and create spaces that inspire confidence, foster leadership, and expand opportunities globally. 

We deliver this mission through flagship initiatives that embody our values:
#TximistCup – An international women’s football tournament uniting teams from around the world to compete under the principle “Same game, same rules.”
Tximist Foundation
#SheLeads – A coaching and leadership development programme designed to equip women with the skills, tools, and networks they need to lead on and off the field. 

#SkipTheBarriers & #TheEqualityBall – Innovative campaigns and tools that raise awareness, challenge discrimination, and promote equality through symbolic action, training barriers, and the universal language of football.
