Matt Phillips

Matt Phillips is part of the global executive team at TXM, where they lead strategy and execution across North America. With over 30 years of experience, Matt has held senior roles in various organizations, including Bechtel, Lockheed Martin, and SNC-Lavalin, managing large-scale engineering and technology transformation programs. They have founded successful international advisory businesses and led strategic growth initiatives, all while maintaining a strong academic background with three master’s degrees from prestigious institutions, including Harvard, MIT, and Oxford. Currently, Matt serves as the Managing Director for North America and CEO of TXM Canada Inc.
