Ian Grose

Ian Grose is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior financial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at TXO since January 2025, Ian previously held the same title at The Go-Ahead Group from January 2023 to January 2025. Prior to that, Ian was the Chief Financial Officer at NZ Bus from September 2019 to January 2023, and has also held CFO positions at Duncan Technologies and Finance Director at Forest Coaches. Ian's career began at Deloitte Australia, where responsibilities included holding senior management roles between September 2002 and April 2009. Ian’s educational background includes a Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAEW and advanced degrees in Sports Psychology and Sport Science from the University of Gloucestershire and the University of Brighton, respectively.
