Raphael Bajo has extensive experience in sales and business management, currently serving as the Country Manager Brazil (LAM) at TXO since January 2015, overseeing all operational aspects, including market opportunities, sales targets, and asset management contracts. Previous roles at TXO include Manager of Sales and Sales Executive, where key responsibilities involved team management, sales planning, and project execution. Raphael's career also includes positions at Templum Consultoria Online, Instituto da Construção, CVC Viagens, MRV, Itaú Unibanco, Construtora Baggio, ABRE Estágio e Emprego, Todimo, and Trucks Control, accumulating diverse skills in commercial operations and customer relations.
