Marcello Bussolin

Marcello Bussolin is an experienced professional in the fields of tax, administration, and finance, currently serving as the Head of Tax, Administration & Finance at TXT GROUP since January 2022. Previously, Marcello held the position of M&A Tax Manager at KPMG from September 2017 to December 2021 and worked as a Tax Specialist at Bignami Associati from February 2015 to September 2017. Additionally, Marcello was a Co-Managing Partner & CFO at Progetto Clima Impianti Tecnologici S.p.A. from September 2008 to February 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Economics from SDA Bocconi (2020-2022), a Master's degree in Economics and Business Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (2011-2013), a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the same institution (2009-2011), and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from IULM University (2004-2008).
