Simon Blaxill

Simon Blaxill is the current head of stock and logistics at TY UK. Prior to this, they worked as a supply chain manager at Harpar Grace International from July 2021 to November 2021. Before that, they worked as a regional supply development manager at British American Tobacco from May 2019 to July 2021. Additionally, they have also worked as an area materials planning manager at British American Tobacco from July 2017 to May 2019 and as a global NPI analyst manager from July 2016 to July 2017. In their most recent role as an NPI reporting manager at British American Tobacco, Simon was responsible for driving value through innovation and analysis. Simon managed existing departmental KPIs, operated Root Cause Analysis to aid learning about development opportunities within the current process, and led links with other departments. Simon was also responsible for data interpretation and proposing changes to ensure that the department was optimized. Simon developed tools to drive proactive engagement with End Markets as well as pre-emptive issue and escalation management.
