TRANSFORM YOUR LEADERSHIP CONVERSATIONS
Empower your leaders with leadership conversation skills that engage their teams, improve work effectiveness and drive business results.

Why do Leaders struggle to have good quality conversations with their teams?

Most understand the important role of engaging and facilitating conversations with their team, but lack the skills and confidence to do so effectively.

This becomes even more important, now that most teams are working from home and conversations are mostly remote.

However, some leaders resort to an advice-giving or prescriptive leadership style, others treat conversations with their team as a “box-ticking” exercises or avoid them altogether.

The result is uninspiring, one-way conversations, which don’t involve their team and prevent them from understanding what is going on. These conversations rarely improve performance and inevitably lead to frustration and disengagement.

At TYC, we recognise these challenges and have worked with dozens of organisations and diverse sectors to address them. Through our Leadership Conversation programmes, leaders learn to:
•	Have more inspiring and engaging conversations with their teams
•	Strengthen trust and collaboration
•	Develop leadership conversation skills
•	Become energised, positive and confident in their daily interactions

Leadership Conversations is our flagship programme that transforms the way leaders have conversations with their teams.

The programme covers Performance, Development and Team Conversations and leaders learn to build a conversation culture with their teams. They develop the key behavioural skillset to listen more, ask powerful questions, coach and give feedback. These outcomes lead to more effective teams and ultimately better business results.
