Ralph Guilder has worked in the technology industry since 2001. In 2001, they started as a Senior Computer Scientist at Group W, where they worked on war gaming modeling and simulations. In 2003, they moved to SENTEL Corporation, where they worked as a Senior Computer Scientist and innovated solutions for nuclear, chemical, and biological detection. In 2005, they joined the United States Marine Corps as the Director of the USMC Red Team, where they managed the team and led the execution of red team assessments and insider threat simulations. In 2010, they became the Director of Software Development at InfoReliance, where they led and managed a team of software engineers. In 2017, they became the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of TYCHON, where they lead the product strategy and vision for the company and oversees the development and delivery of products and solutions.

Ralph Guilder earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
