Derek Arnold

Derek Arnold is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in appraisal and property management. Currently serving as Vice President of Appraisal at Tyler Technologies since July 2010, Derek has held various leadership roles including Director of Appraisal Operations and Northeast Regional Manager. In addition, Derek has been President of ForeverHome RE LTD since 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing a significant single-family rental portfolio and an active property flipping business. Prior experience includes working as a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and a Weekend Manager at Powderhorn Golf Course. Derek holds degrees in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Lake Erie College and Lakeland Community College.
