Laura Koss

Laura Koss is a project manager with a Master of Science in Project Management from Purdue University, where they completed their studies in 2022. They currently work at Tyler Technologies, coordinating the development of custom applications and websites for state agencies and local governments. Previously, Laura managed HR software implementation projects at UKG and IT projects at the Indiana Public Retirement System. They began their career as a sales consultant at T-Mobile, where they honed their communication and problem-solving skills, mentoring new employees and improving customer satisfaction. Laura holds certifications as a Scrum Master and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
