Mark Pratt has extensive experience in solution consulting, currently serving as Solution Consulting Manager at Tyler Technologies since November 2015, following roles as Lead Solutions Consultant and Solution Consultant. Prior to this, Mark worked at New World Systems as a Solutions Consultant from September 2012 to November 2015, contributing to the Software Demo Team. Mark's career began at the Roseville Police Department, where a tenure from January 1990 to June 2012 as a Detective involved investigating a wide range of crimes, including homicides and fraud cases. Mark holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Wayne State University, attained between 1993 and 1996, and a degree in Biology from Eastern Michigan University, completed from 1985 to 1989.
