Mark Rickabaugh

Mark Rickabaugh is a seasoned software architect with extensive experience in software quality assurance and automation solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Software Architect at Tyler Technologies since November 2006, Mark focuses on implementing automation frameworks for the Courts and Justice Division. Prior roles include QA Lead at CSR plc, where testing for Bluetooth hardware technologies was managed, and QA Manager positions at Tyler Technologies, Vectrix Corp, MedHost, Inc, and MobileWare Inc., where responsibilities encompassed leading QA teams and developing testing strategies. Mark began the career at Micrografx, Inc. as a Product Release Coordinator, bridging development and quality assurance. Education includes computer science studies at Oklahoma State University.
