Michael Cerniglia

Michael Cerniglia is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Platform Technology in Platform Solutions at Tyler Technologies since January 2020. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President at MicroPact, Inc. from 1998 until January 2020, where the company developed advanced Data Tracking and Business Process Management software, serving over 140 Federal agencies and numerous Fortune 500 organizations. Under Michael's leadership, MicroPact's entellitrak became the most utilized BPM product among federal agencies. Michael Cerniglia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from James Madison University, graduating in 1999.
