Michael McFarlane

Michael McFarlane is a highly experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in appraisal, consulting, and property assessment. Currently serving as the Manager of the Southern Appraisal Region and Consulting Services at Tyler Technologies since July 2021, Michael previously held the position of Senior Appraisal Project Supervisor. As the President and Founder of Blueprint Advisors since October 2011, expertise includes residential and commercial real estate development, land acquisition advisory services, project feasibility analysis, due diligence analysis, market forecasting, and capital project oversight. Michael also managed industrial properties for the City of Philadelphia from 2012 to July 2021 and served as an Office Manager at Keller Williams Real Estate Blue Bell, directing distressed and commercial sales.
