Michael Rice

Michael Rice serves as the Director of Innovation and Business Development at Tyler Technologies, a position held since April 2021 following the acquisition of NIC. Concurrently, Michael has been with NIC Utah since April 2005, taking on roles including Director of Operations and overseeing project management, business development, and agency compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Project Management at ExhibitOne from August 2001 to August 2004, focusing on project planning and procurement. Michael holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management and Physics, an MS in Physics - Astronomy, and a BS in Physics, all from Brigham Young University.
