Pratin Bhatt

Pratin Bhatt, MBA, is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Tyler Technologies since February 2022, Pratin focuses on stabilizing and elevating development teams, standardizing engineering practices, and migrating products to cloud infrastructure. Previously, Pratin held various leadership roles, including Engagement and Delivery Manager at NTT DATA North America, where responsibilities included managing key banking engagements and overseeing stakeholder interactions. Additional experience includes project leadership at Wipro, where significant contributions were made to application management and legacy system modernization. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Jack Welch Management Institute and ongoing studies in AI product design from MIT Professional Education. Pratin also co-founded the Gujaratis in DFW social group, demonstrating a commitment to community engagement.
