Rob Schmid

Rob Schmid has extensive experience in implementation consulting and project management, primarily in the public sector. Since August 1999, Rob has worked at Tyler Technologies, progressing from Senior Implementation Specialist to Project Manager and currently serving as Implementation Consultant, focusing on the MUNIS Payroll/Human Resource module. Responsibilities include business practice analysis, user documentation, and training. Prior roles include Implementation Project Manager/Trainer at Creative Computer Solutions, where Rob managed implementation of software for the private sector, and Software Trainer/Customer Support Analyst at Roark and Associates, servicing public safety clients. Earlier career experience includes managing store-level systems at Foodtown Supermarkets of KY and directing audio production at the Radio Advertising Bureau.
