Sean Collins

Sean Collins is a highly experienced software engineering manager with a focus on cloud infrastructure, currently leading cloud operations at Tyler Technologies since April 2022. Key responsibilities include enhancing platform growth and reducing engineering toil through managed services and standardized deployment architecture using Amazon technologies. Previously, Sean served as a team lead for systems engineering at Esri, where significant contributions included implementing cloud governance strategies and leading a cloud transformation initiative. Sean has extensive experience in DevSecOps, automation, and application development, evidenced by previous roles involving continuous integration and delivery, as well as cloud migrations. Sean holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
