Sergey Barskiy

Sergey Barskiy is a seasoned technology professional with significant experience in software architecture and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Architect at Tyler Technologies since January 2013, Sergey has contributed to various projects utilizing technologies such as .NET, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL Server, and AWS. Prior experience includes a role as Practice Lead at Magenic Technologies from January 2007 to January 2013, and a contract position at McKesson in 2010. Additionally, Sergey held the position of Vice President at Horizon Software from July 1996 to January 2007. Sergey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgia State University, obtained between 1996 and 1998, and completed high school education at School 173 from 1981 to 1985.
