Sonya Ready

Sonya Ready is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Since May 2017, Sonya has served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Tyler Technologies. Prior to this position, Sonya worked as a Human Resources Manager at adidas from November 2005 to May 2017 and as an Employment Coordinator at Gear for Sports from January 2000 to November 2005. Sonya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Communications from Westminster College in Missouri.
