Tiffany K. is the Director of Client Success at Tyler Technologies, where they focus on leadership development, coaching, and team building. They previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at the same company and served as President of the Lubbock SHRM chapter, where they achieved non-profit status and significantly increased membership. As an instructor for the SHRM certification boot camp, Tiffany teaches HR competencies and has been recognized for their contributions to organizational leadership through the establishment of a Women’s Leadership Council. Tiffany is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sociology at Illinois State University.
