Toby Richardson

Toby Richardson, MBA, has over two decades of experience in project management and implementation within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Special Projects at Tyler Technologies since October 1999, Toby previously held the role of Implementation Manager and contributed to the organization’s growth and development. Prior experience includes working as a System Administrator and Appraiser for the Manatee County Property Appraiser from February 1993 to October 1999. Toby's educational background includes an MBA with a focus in IT and Finance from the University of South Florida, completed between 1996 and 1997, and a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University - College of Business, earned from 1988 to 1992.
