Todd Cloutier

Todd Cloutier has extensive experience in sales leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Tyler Technologies since August 2007. Previously, Todd held various positions within the company, including VP of ERP Sales and Vice President of the East Division. Prior to joining Tyler Technologies, Todd was a Regional Sales Executive at ADP from September 1993 to July 2007. Todd earned a degree from the University of Maine, completing studies from 1986 to 1991.
