Anne Bastock

Anne Bastock is the current Head of Finance at Tyme. Anne has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on business process improvement and change management.

Anne started their career in finance as an accountant with Peoplebank Hong Kong. Anne later transitioned into finance management, and held the position of Finance Integration Project Manager with Peoplebank from March 2014 to October 2014. In this role, Anne was responsible for reviewing and implementing improvements in business systems and processes, as well as change management supporting finance and management teams during the integration of new systems and processes.

Anne left Peoplebank in October 2014 to join Ignite (Clarius Group) as their Chief Financial Officer. Anne remained with the company for two years, until March 2016. During their time with Ignite, Anne was responsible for the financial operations of the group across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and China. This included liaising with shareholders, board members, analysts, banks, customers and suppliers. Anne also led and developed the finance, payroll, business systems and IT teams during their time with the company.

In March 2016, Anne left Ignite to join Tyme as their Head of Finance. In their current role, Anne is responsible for the overall financial management of Tyme. This includes overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, as well as taxation and compliance. Anne is also responsible for leading and developing the finance team at Tyme.

Anne Bastock has a Master of Taxation from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University. Anne also has a degree in Accounting and Economics from Killara High School.
