James Biehl

James Biehl has served as the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since September 2018 and served on the board of directors from 2017 until September 2018. Mr. Biehl has over 30 years of experience as a corporate and securities lawyer representing big pharma, healthcare systems, healthcare consulting firms, and consumer products and medical device companies. His entire career was with the law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP where he joined the firm in 1989 and was a partner for over 20 years. Mr. Biehl received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
