Daniel Urbán

Daniel Urbán serves as Head of Legal and Senior Director of Legal at Typeform since November 2018, where responsibilities include providing legal advice to leadership and business partners, as well as guiding various legal areas such as M&A, financing, and intellectual property. Urbán previously held positions including Head of Legal and Data Protection Officer at Typeform, overseeing compliance with privacy laws and coordinating data-related operations. As a lecturer at the Barcelona School of Management and the Asociación para el Progreso de la Dirección (APD), Urbán focuses on data protection and new technologies. Prior to Typeform, experience includes serving as a Principal Lawyer and Associate Lawyer at Cuatrecasas, managing corporate matters and litigation strategies, and implementing GDPR compliance at SEAT, S.A. Education includes a Power MBA from thePower and various law-related qualifications from prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and Universitat de Barcelona.
