We’ve spent 30+ years across recruitment, tech, and the start-up ecosystem and we kept seeing the same hiring problems repeat. That’s why we built TYP Group.

We’re creating the TYP platform because we feel traditional hiring is disjointed and too many great people get lost in the process.

The problem today:

Job seekers send applications into a black hole.

Freelancers, Candidates, Fractional Resources and Service Providers chase roles or projects and frequently with no responses.

Employers & startups waste time and budget on the wrong hires.

Our approach is different:

Open access, not closed doors → Upload your CV, role, or service profile for free.

People-first hiring → Tools that support, not endless hoops.

Built on trust → Verified talent, verified services, proven results.

We’re not here to sell another “future of recruitment” pitch.

We’re here to deliver something more real:

Hiring that actually works.

Who we help:

Job seekers & professionals → land the right opportunities faster.

Freelancers & independents → win projects without the endless chase.

Employers & HR teams → access trusted, validated talent quickly.

Our vision:

Recruitment rebuilt: smarter, faster, fairer, and built for people.

Helping job seekers, freelancers, fractional resource, employers finally get it right.

The end of broken hiring. The start of TYP Engagement.
