César Ruiz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as CEO and Founder of The TALENTPOINT Group since November 2021, César also holds positions as Executive Advisor at Externa and Hastee Spain, and Director Asociado at Servitalent. Additionally, César is the President of Servicios Geriátricos del Norte and a Socio Consejero at EMPRESORIA S.A. Notably, César co-founded TOP BENEFITS GROUP and previously served as Associate Executive Director at Second Window, as well as CEO of Grupo Norte. With a solid educational background including degrees from IE Business School, IESE Business School, and Universidad Complutense de Madrid, César's expertise spans commercial management, sales, and geriatric residence management.
