Sandy Tamraz is a Senior Cost Manager at TYPSA, bringing over 18 years of experience in cost and contracts consultancy. With a strong track record in budget control and contract management, Sandy has worked on diverse projects including luxurious hotels, military facilities, universities, and commercial centers across the Middle East and Europe. Sandy's expertise encompasses budgeting, cost estimates, tender procedures, and value engineering. Prior to current roles, Sandy held senior positions at CBRE España and Davis Langdon, an AECOM Company, after earning a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut.
