Ximo D’Ocon is a BIM Architect currently engaged with TYPSA since September 2024, focusing on architectural and urban development through BIM methodology and AI integration within the Building Engineering Department of Catalonia. Previously, Ximo worked at binarq ARQUITECTOS and 080 ARQUITECTURA, where responsibilities included interdisciplinary coordination of residential projects and leading design for municipal facilities, respectively. Ximo also gained experience during an internship at Pinearq, contributing to healthcare and educational facility documentation, and operated as a freelance architect completing projects in residential design. Ximo holds a Master in BIM Management from BIMmaster Academy and is pursuing postgraduate studies in Circular Economy at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
