Katie Patel

Katie Patel has over 10 years of experience in the accounting field. Katie began their career in 2006 as Manager (Accounts, Auditing & Taxation) at Vinod M. Patel & Co. where their responsibilities included preparing project finance/CMA data, individual and private limited company tax lodgments, filing returns, claiming refunds and advising clients on tax matters, and finalizing balance sheets and profit & loss accounts. In 2012, they joined Punjab National Bank as Corporate Credit Manager. In 2015, they moved to Signage Accountants Pty Ltd. as Assistant Accountant, where their responsibilities included managing account payable. In 2016, they joined Rocke Brothers Pty Ltd. as an Accountant, and in 2017, they joined Top Bookkeepers as Financial Accountant. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Typsy as Senior Accountant.

Katie Patel obtained their Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2011. Katie then went on to complete the CPA Australia Program in 2015-2016, earning their CPA in Accounting and Finance.
