Gemma Sherbourne

Gemma Sherbourne is an experienced employment lawyer currently serving as the Legal Director at Tyr. With 20 years of expertise, they have provided counsel to a diverse client base, from small businesses to large PLCs, and have advised senior executives on strategic exits. Gemma has dealt with a full range of employment law issues, including defending Employment Tribunal claims and navigating TUPE matters during business transitions. Their previous roles include senior associate positions at LCF Law and Mills & Reeve, and they have held various interim and associate roles throughout their career.
