Lance is also an Advisory Board Member at Vandalia Rental and a Partner at Tyson Eppley Management - TEM. Previously, Lance served as the President at PRSPX and as the Chief Executive Officer / President at Dale Carnegie Training Ohio and Indiana. Lance graduated from Penn State University.
