Peter Shepard

Peter Shepard is a highly experienced professional with over 30 years of dedicated service in the U.S. Navy, achieving the rank of Captain. Notable roles include Chief of Staff at the Naval Intelligence Activity, where Peter managed a diverse team and a $400M budget, and Information Warfare Commander for Carrier Strike Group Eight, overseeing operations involving NATO allies. Previous positions include Director of Intelligence and Cryptology for Commander Third Fleet, leading efforts in intelligence operations across the Pacific, and multiple leadership roles within the Office of Naval Intelligence, including Deputy Director N9 and N3. Peter holds a Master of Science in Systems Technology from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. Currently, Peter serves as Principal Advisor at Tyto Athene, LLC.
