Amit Tzahar

Amit Tzahar has a diverse range of work experience. Amit is currently employed as a Data Engineer at TytoCare. Prior to this, they worked as a Programming Instructor at QueenB from October 2019 to June 2021. In this role, they focused on teaching JavaScript and HTML to young girls in a non-profit organization aiming to increase female representation in the technology industry.

Amit also served as a Research Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from March 2020 to October 2020. In this role, they gained hands-on experience with data collection and processing electrochemical signals in MATLAB, as well as generating scientific protocols and documenting experiments.

Before their university stint, Amit worked as a Paramedic at Briuta Medical Center from March 2018 to March 2020. Amit also served in the IDF - Israel Defence Forces as a Paramedic from August 2013 to November 2016. During their time in the military, they served in an operational role and worked as a commander and instructor at the Medical Corps school. Amit demonstrated deep knowledge in advanced emergency medical care and gained experience in teaching and working with doctors and senior officers.

Amit Tzahar obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. This education took place from 2017 to 2021. In addition to this degree, Amit also acquired certifications in MySQL Development from Udemy in October 2021 and in Paramedic, Critical Care from Magen David Adom in Israel in October 2014.
