Amy Byer

Amy Byer currently serves as the Director, People Business Partner at TytoCare since April 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Director of HR and Senior Human Resources Manager at Zencity, and Associate Director, HRBP at Trinity Life Sciences, where responsibilities included leading HR integration post-acquisition and enhancing performance management processes. Before that, Amy worked as HR Manager at CBPartners, providing full HR support for a consulting firm and implementing significant cost-saving initiatives. Additional experience encompasses consulting roles at Willis Towers Watson, managing talent and HR functions at Bates White Economic Consulting, and serving various HR roles across other organizations. Amy holds a Master’s Degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Delaware.
