Joshua Pecson has a diverse work experience. Joshua is currently working as a Customer Success Associate at TytoCare since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Tennis Instructor at All Pro Tennis starting from April 2013. Additionally, they also served as an IT Field Services Intern at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center from November 2015 to January 2016. In this role, they configured and set up computers and peripherals, resolved support helpdesk tickets, and interacted with medical staff to provide technical assistance.

Joshua Pecson obtained their Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Information Technology from Bergen Community College. Joshua attended the college from 2010 to 2012. Following their time at Bergen Community College, Joshua pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Joshua completed their bachelor's degree at the institute from 2013 to 2016.
