Tomer Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tomer currently holds the position of Business Applications Manager at TytoCare since May 2021.
Before joining TytoCare, Tomer worked at Lubinski Group for six years, starting in June 2015 and ending in May 2021. During their time there, they served as the Business Applications Project Manager/ERP Leader. In this role, they developed and implemented an ERP system for six car brands across four companies, optimizing sales processes and increasing profitability through real-time data retention. Tomer also acted as a subject matter expert, developing multiple cross-company and domain solutions for the ERP.
Prior to their role at Lubinski Group, Tomer worked at Deloitte Brightman Almagor Zohar from July 2013 to June 2015 as a Sr. Consultant/IT Strategy. Tomer oversaw the development and implementation of clients' IT strategies and managed key software implementation projects for prominent organizations such as Discount Bank, Chemicals for Israel, Teva, and Stratasys.
Before that, Tomer held the position of Consulting Project Manager/Business Applications at Dot Compliance from July 2012 to June 2013. Tomer also worked as a Project Manager/IT Strategy at B-Pro Ltd. from February 2010 to July 2012.
Tomer gained experience in the USA as well. From March 2006 to December 2009, they served as a Team Leader/CRM Solutions at Net@Work, a leading integrator of SageCRM and SalesLogix CRM systems. There, they led consultants and managed projects involving the implementation and customization of these products according to client needs.
Prior to their time at Net@Work, Tomer worked at NICE Systems (USA) from July 2004 to February 2006 as a Sr. Business Analyst/IT Project Manager. Tomer analyzed business requirements, implemented changes, and liaised with the company's Corporate MIS/IT Department in Israel. Tomer also served as a CRM Systems Analyst/Project Manager from July 2000 to July 2004, managing various projects to improve business processes and applications for NICE's international Sales and Client Services operations.
Tomer started their career as an Applications Trainer (student job) at Bank Leumi - Training Center from November 1996 to September 1997.
Tomer Cohen obtained a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, specifically in Information Systems, from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from the same university between 2002 and 2006. In addition to their formal education, Tomer also earned Automation Pro I and Automation Pro II certificates from Workato in July 2023.
