Tzav Cosher is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the physical, mental, and social resilience of combat reservists.

The organization operates weekly training groups across Israel, combining guided physical workouts with an open, informal community space. Our approach is based on the understanding that returning from intensive reserve service to civilian life requires continuity, belonging, and community — not just one-time solutions.

Our mission is to build strong, supportive communities that empower those who carry the burden of service, strengthening them together — physically and mentally.
