Vanessa Savino serves as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Board Secretary at tZERO Group, Inc., since November 2025, after holding the position of Lead US Counsel at Wintermute for a brief period. Prior to these roles, Vanessa was with tZERO Group, Inc. from January 2019 to July 2025, progressing through positions including Deputy General Counsel and Chief of Legal and Compliance Staff, Senior Associate General Counsel, and Associate General Counsel. Earlier experience includes an associate role at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from April 2016 to January 2019, and an associate position at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP from September 2013 to April 2016, among other legal internships. Vanessa holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and a B.S. in Economics from Pace University.
